Chijioke Onuoha is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in banking and the financial sector, bringing over sixteen years of experience to the table. His educational foundation includes a BSc degree in Biochemistry from Imo State University. He proceeded to secure a Post graduate diploma in Management from Ladoke Akintola University in Ogbomosho, Oyo State and an MSc in Management from the same university.

Chijioke possesses a robust skill set encompassing strategic planning, investments opportunities project management, team leadership and others. Starting his banking career with the Diamond bank, he also worked with Access bank and Nue Emporium concepts ltd where he contributed greatly to the growth of these organizations. He also runs a personal business.

Known for effective leadership skills and fostering collaboration, he has lead cross-functional teams towards common goals. During the time in the bank, he rose to the level of Branch service manager, responsible for the smooth operations of the branch and maintaining high ethical standards of the firm. He is noted to have the ability to accomplish set targets and drive his team to achieve excellence always.

Chijioke is skilled at analyzing, formulating, modeling and demonstrating exceptional financial, leadership and communication skills. As an adaptable and dynamic leader, having held several leadership positions in the banking sector and beyond, he has the ability to work independently and as a team member, with his work experience spanning both the financial and real sectors, with proven records of coaching and mentoring team members to deliver excellence.
